Approval, debit and dispatch

Once the payment processor approves your transaction, the amount will be reserved immediately and our system will send an order confirmation to your email address. Your card will be debited when we process your order for dispatch.

If the payment processor does not approve your transaction then the system will cancel your order. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.
